I have a question and this is really bugging me.

I have been wondering how my fellow Filipinos can join different programs or sites that sends their payment thru PayPal.

I mean, yes, we do have PayPal here in Pinas, but isn't it limited only to sending funds?

How come a lot of Pinoy Bloggers can join Adbux, PayPerPost, and many other sites that offers payment through PayPal alone.

Is there any other way I can create a US Paypal even if I am not a US resident? Or there is any other way, I just dont know yet?

So, this will be my first blog. I came up with the idea of putting up my own blog because I want to share my experiences to everybody out there who wants to earn money online and yet doesn't know where ot how to begin.

But, let me just remind you that these are just based on my own experiences and can be different from what others might have experienced.

You may learn some of the lessons I have learned and at the same time, use this lessons to earn money or better yet, avoid losing money while you experiment investing money online.. and offline.
